No-Refund Policy for Atlas Counseling and Education LLC

At Atlas Counseling and Education LLC, we take pride in offering services tailored to meet the requirements of our clients with the utmost professionalism and support. To maintain the quality of our services and uphold operational integrity, we have established the following no-refund policy:

1. No-Refund Policy Overview: All fees paid for our services are non-refundable. This policy is applicable to all services offered by Atlas Counseling and Education LLC, including but not limited to counseling sessions, court-mandated classes, educational programs, and related consultations. By making a payment, clients acknowledge and agree to these terms.

2. Client Responsibility to Understand Service Requirements: It is the sole responsibility of the client to ensure they understand the specific service(s) they require prior to enrollment or scheduling. Atlas Counseling and Education LLC provides information about each service to assist clients in making informed decisions. However, any misinterpretation or failure to comprehend the nature or necessity of a service does not warrant a refund under any circumstances.

3. Adherence to Rules and Expectations: Clients are expected to comply with all established rules, guidelines, and expectations outlined by Atlas Counseling and Education LLC. This includes punctuality, active participation in programs, adherence to course instructions, and respectful behavior toward staff and fellow participants. Failure to comply with any rule or expectation will result in appropriate actions, which may include termination of services without any refund.

4. Submission of Payments: All payments for services must be submitted in full and on time, as per the agreement outlined at the time of service enrollment unless specified otherwise. Clients who fail to submit payments as required will face potential suspension or termination of services, and any payments already made will remain non-refundable.

5. Course Completion and Compliance: Clients must complete all assigned coursework, activities, and assessments within the designated time frame as specified by Atlas Counseling and Education LLC. Failing to adhere to course requirements or deadlines, whether due to personal reasons or non-compliance, will result in forfeiture of any fees paid without eligibility for a refund.

6. Missed Sessions and Rescheduling:

If a client misses a session fails to attend according to company policy, they will forfeit the cost of the missed session. Clients are encouraged to notify our office in a timely manner if they need to reschedule a DWIE Program ( Only one reschedule is permitted).

7. Policy Amendments and Acknowledgement: Atlas Counseling and Education LLC reserves the right to modify, amend, or update this policy as necessary to maintain the quality and integrity of our services. Clients will be notified of any significant changes in a timely manner, but it remains the client's responsibility to review and understand the current policy terms.

Client Agreement: By proceeding with payment and enrollment in any service provided by Atlas Counseling and Education LLC, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to this no-refund policy in its entirety. This agreement is binding, ensuring transparency and mutual accountability between the client and Atlas Counseling and Education LLC.

Política de No Reembolso – Atlas Counseling and Education LLC

En Atlas Counseling and Education LLC, nos enorgullece ofrecer servicios diseñados para cumplir con los requisitos de nuestros clientes con el más alto nivel de profesionalismo y apoyo. Para mantener la calidad de nuestros servicios y preservar la integridad operativa, hemos establecido la siguiente política de no reembolso:

  1. Resumen de la Política de No Reembolso: Todos los pagos realizados por nuestros servicios no son reembolsables. Esta política aplica a todos los servicios ofrecidos por Atlas Counseling and Education LLC, incluyendo, pero no limitándose a, sesiones de consejería, clases ordenadas por la corte, programas educativos y consultas relacionadas. Al realizar un pago, el cliente reconoce y acepta estos términos.

  2. Responsabilidad del Cliente de Comprender los Requisitos del Servicio: Es responsabilidad exclusiva del cliente asegurarse de comprender qué servicio(s) necesita antes de inscribirse o programar una cita. Atlas Counseling and Education LLC proporciona información sobre cada servicio para ayudar a los clientes a tomar decisiones informadas. Sin embargo, cualquier malentendido o falta de comprensión sobre la naturaleza o necesidad de un servicio no será motivo de reembolso bajo ninguna circunstancia.

  3. Cumplimiento de Reglas y Expectativas: Se espera que los clientes cumplan con todas las reglas, lineamientos y expectativas establecidas por Atlas Counseling and Education LLC. Esto incluye puntualidad, participación activa en los programas, cumplimiento de las instrucciones del curso y comportamiento respetuoso hacia el personal y otros participantes. El incumplimiento de cualquier regla o expectativa resultará en acciones correspondientes, incluyendo la posible terminación de los servicios sin derecho a reembolso.

  4. Presentación de Pagos: Todos los pagos por servicios deben realizarse en su totalidad y a tiempo, de acuerdo con el acuerdo establecido al momento de la inscripción del servicio, a menos que se indique lo contrario. Los clientes que no realicen los pagos según lo requerido podrán enfrentar la suspensión o terminación de los servicios, y cualquier pago ya realizado permanecerá no reembolsable.

  5. Finalización del Curso y Cumplimiento: Los clientes deben completar todos los trabajos asignados, actividades y evaluaciones dentro del plazo designado según lo establecido por Atlas Counseling and Education LLC. No cumplir con los requisitos del curso o con las fechas límite, ya sea por razones personales o por falta de cumplimiento, resultará en la pérdida de cualquier pago realizado sin elegibilidad para reembolso.

  6. Sesiones Perdidas y Reprogramación:
    Si un cliente pierde una sesión o no asiste conforme a la política de la compañía, perderá el costo de la sesión perdida. Se recomienda que los clientes notifiquen a nuestra oficina con anticipación si necesitan reprogramar el Programa DWIE (solo se permite una reprogramación).

  7. Modificaciones de la Política y Reconocimiento: Atlas Counseling and Education LLC se reserva el derecho de modificar, enmendar o actualizar esta política según sea necesario para mantener la calidad e integridad de nuestros servicios. Los clientes serán notificados de cualquier cambio significativo de manera oportuna, sin embargo, sigue siendo responsabilidad del cliente revisar y comprender los términos actuales de la política.

Acuerdo del Cliente: Al proceder con el pago y la inscripción en cualquier servicio proporcionado por Atlas Counseling and Education LLC, el cliente reconoce que ha leído, comprendido y aceptado esta política de no reembolso en su totalidad. Este acuerdo es vinculante y garantiza transparencia y responsabilidad mutua entre el cliente y Atlas Counseling and Education LLC.
