EFFECTIVE SEPTEMBER 1, 2021, PASSAGE OF SENATE BILL 1480 & 181, PERMITS DWI-E, DOEP, AEPM AND DWI-I CLASSES TO BE CONDUCTED EITHER IN-PERSON OR ONLINE WITH INSTRUCTOR-LED FACILITATION.

We are fully licensed by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR). Our state-issued Certificates of Completion are ACCEPTED by courts, probation, parole, and DPS entities.

 
Atlas Counseling and Education implements Three Court Ordered Education Programs:

Governor Abbott approves remote classroom instruction for DWI-E, DOEP, and DWI-I, Offender Programs during COVID-19 pandemic. Courses are available for ALL counties in the State of Texas.

Atlas Counseling and Education was established back in 2019 under its previous name Atlas Offender Education LLC. As such, current societal needs have to lead the company to broaden its views and grow with them as a means of providing support to adults who are going through periods of educational and  emotional need.
