DWI Intervention March 2026 Initial Payment
The DWI Intervention is virtual and required of individuals convicted of more than one DWI. TDLR requires proof of completion for a Texas state driver's license. The DWI classes are comprised of Lifestyles, Stress, and Coping; Values and Self-Esteem; Positive Thinking; Irrational Beliefs; Asserting Control; Goal Setting Responsibility; Physiological and Psychological Effects of Drugs; Alcoholism and the Chemical Dependency Process; Alcohol and the Family; Co-dependency and Al-Anon; Treatment Options and 12-Step Self-Help Groups; Thinking for Success; Peer Pressure and Relapse Prevention; Problem Solving; and the creation of an Action Plan. Only two excused absences will be allowed for any reason. No exception will be made.

Payments Final / No-Refund Policy (All Services)
This policy applies to all Atlas services, including but not limited to: counseling, outpatient programming (SOP/IOP), substance abuse evaluations, educational programs, court-ordered classes, groups, workshops, conferences, and any virtual or in-person services.1) Payment Terms
All fees must be paid according to the invoice, registration page, or payment agreement. By enrolling, scheduling, or submitting payment, the client acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this policy.
2) No Refunds / All Sales Final
All payments are final. Atlas does not provide refunds for any reason, including, but not limited to:

Client cancellation or change of mind

No-shows or missed appointments/classes

Late arrival, early departure, or partial attendance
-
Failure to meet participation requirements (including virtual requirements)

Removal due to disruptive behavior, noncompliance, or policy violations

Ineligibility discovered due to incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client

Court/probation outcomes, case changes, or deadline changes
3) No-Show and Late Policy
No-shows are charged in full and are not eligible for refund or credit.
Late arrivals may result in denial of entry/participation and may be treated as a no-show, especially when program rules require full attendance for completion.4) Rescheduling (If Offered)
If Atlas chooses to allow rescheduling, it is not a refund. Rescheduling:

May be permitted one time at Atlas’s discretion

Must be requested before the scheduled start time/date

Is subject to availability and program rules
Atlas may require re-enrollment and additional fees if a client misses required hours or cannot be accommodated.
