Our 8-hour Anger Management class is designed to help individuals identify the root causes of their anger, recognize early warning signs, and develop healthy coping strategies. Held every Monday, this intensive program combines education, self-reflection, and practical tools to support long-term emotional regulation and personal growth. Participants will learn how to manage stress, improve communication, and respond to conflict without aggression. This course meets court-mandated requirements and is open to individuals seeking personal development or fulfilling legal obligations.
Schedule: Mondays | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (with a lunch break)
Location: Online or In-Person at Atlas Counseling and Education LLC
