Article 42.12, Section l3(h),Code of Criminal Procedure requires persons convicted of first offense DWI and receiving probation, to attend and successfully complete an educational program certified by the Texas Department of State Health Services.
Failure to complete the program within 180 days (unless an extension was granted) from the date probation was granted will result in the offender's license being revoked. The license cannot be reinstated until the educational program is completed.

DWIE 2024 Classes
This is a virtual class. We meet on Google Meet. ALL SALES ARE FINAL and must attended the class that was paid for. Rescheduling of class must be done 24 hrs. before the first day of class. Rescheduling is allowed only one time. After payment has ben submitted the Registration Form and Google Meet Link will be email in a second email.
All certificates of completion must be picked up on the next business day during normal operating hours or mailed to your home address.
