The Support Outpatient Program (SOP) is a comprehensive service designed to support individuals in their recovery journey by offering structured therapy and a network of support, while still allowing clients to maintain their work and family commitments. Our SOP aims to empower clients with coping skills, relapse prevention strategies, and social support to facilitate long-term, sustainable change. Alll clients will be asked to sign consent form and sign via Abode Sign and complete the enrollment documents sent via Therapy notes. The registration process will continue with an online assessment of the past 12 months of the client's chemical dependency history and other important aspects of his/her life. The orientation will continue by reviewing the client manual and company expectations. Cliient may not proceed into therapy until all consent forms have been  signed and completed.
